They operate on a walk in bases, if you plan on going on a weekend I'd be there 30 minutes before the door opens, they are usually PACKED on the weekends! Price range depends on length the prices I heard a few weeks ago were 140 to 180.
People are normally lined up waiting for a seat to empty. It would be nice, customer friendly if they accepted appointments but no such luck.
