I dyed my hair here, and my experience was terrific; the dude took his time with me, and the customer service was outstanding. I had to get my hair bleached twice to get to the color I wanted (blue-black), and he talked and kept me from being bored! He informed me that bleaching my roots was harmful etc. Price is so friendly, and the girl was sincere and friendly too.

The lady who did my haircut had a calming atmosphere (might've been cause she was tired lol) and even though I don't speak Chinese, she understood my request of a simple long layered 2 inch trim with a U shape. It looked and felt great at the front and she did show me the back with a mirror. However, my hair was at an unnatural angle because of the cape. So it wasn't till I got home to notice that she did NOT clean up the underlayer of my back hair AT ALL. It was absolutely jagged and uneven. I will have to ask a friend or go to another place to neaten it up when I have the time... The massage was nice, there was hair everywhere on the floor that I almost slipped getting onto my chair, it was cheap.

Love this place ! Joe is so nice fast and professional! You will not regret giving this place a try - great price $18 for hair wash cut and blow dry (plus a generous tip obviously!) Can’t wait to go back
