I've been here for almost three months and have a had a few minor problems but nothing to major. I do think the price is outrageous especially since the public bathrooms/laundry room are disgusting and some of the staff is extremely rude.
The City put the hard restrictions on the monthly people. You can only stay 120 days then you have to vacate your spot for two weeks and then can return. You also have to give a $100 deposit and the power rates are terrible. The BIGGEST problem with the whole deal..... is there are no other parks in UTAH COUNTY, that you can get into. KOA have limited spaces available for monthly.
Yes, they are strictly by the book, unless you have a tiny home, brand new trailer, custom winter skirt, nothing you unload like a grill, then I am positively curtain that even time limits don't get enforced....
If you and your trailer aren't perfect don't bother going there, the rules are so strict you might as well be in jail. Lol seriously every single person I know that has stayed thier have left with many complaints of the exact same problems and they aren't bad people who cause trouble, good hard working families but they want more of a retirement community is what I'm getting out of it and they will NOT hesitate to run you out of the park. Weird thing is they will usually let people in and tell them to park in an open spot, you pay etc. And they will find fault with you in about 1 to 2 weeks and will turn completely nasty towards you for no good reason. A friend of mine is still waiting for his refund.....
$550 monthly plus electric. They can accommodate most sizes.
