I asked my relative that has seen your faciility if the"kitchen area" had a refrigerator, a microwave, or am other equipment, and he said yes, but I saw nothing like any of that in the one photo that has a view of the kitchen area. What say you.

All units have a small refrigerator and microwave. Because the dining room is open 7 to 7 I find the small refigerator more than adaquate. As far as I know there are no restrictions in bringing in your desired small appliances.
