There are restrictions about when and hours they can work. We occasionally do hire a 15 yr old but we can only hire a few due to restricted hours and our needs exceed when they are able to work.
I have heard that Chick fil a does hire 15 year olds no idea about Purplr Turtle. Youd have to ask there not here where questions are answered by customers.
