I'm revising my review. Cathe Cook got a hold of me & worked with me to make it right. I called her office & one of the ladies picked up & she immediately fixed the problem & I got a full refund in like 1-2 days. She told me like a week. I was pleasantly surprised. Then when Cathe made contact I was even more impressed. I have been with this office for it seems like a couple of decades. I just don't have anything for them to insure. My only complaint was over the past 10 yearsish faithfully every 6 months my policy would go up. When I would ask for a review of my insurance to see if there was anyway to bring it down. It was always a no. The older my car got, the more it cost to insure. I wish when that started happening I would have shopped around at other auto insurances. One of the ladies that I talked to at Cathe Cook's office said, have other companies email us better quotes & they would see what they could do to match it. Just wish I would have followed through. Otherwise, this agency has been the best & I'll go back to that office if I require it. I highly recommend them & Allstate I have never had a problem with. Thank you Cathe Cook & all the girls there who have been there for me through some really challenging, difficult times.
