I once had that problem, but for the last two years I have not. The server is nice and the food is excellent. Speak to them and resolve the problem.
This spot is soooo unprofessional , you'll get your food an hour and half later if ordered through phone and two hours later if you order in person and don't even think about asking where your order at cause they will literally look back and chew your head off. food good though.
Food is good but they need a better system of taking orders. Maybe try having tow registers to make the CK out process easier. If someone is only ordering a bread or soda have an Express CK out.

Food is always great and never had bad service.. only thing is no matter anytime you go into this establishment it is packed and busy. Which is a good thing I love the food I recently moved to Albany and I went to get jamaican food and what the offer you is not enough for a 5 year old, and all the food down to the patties were nasty. Its like once you eat FLAVAS NOONE ELSE CAN COMPARE .I WILL BE MAKING A STOP WHEN I COME VISIT😊😋
Food is fresh & great, large portions, good priced. Very hospital
Their food is really good and I've yet to have a complaint about their hospitality. From what I know, the staff is friendly. It is likely a slight misunderstanding that can be resolved by talking it out.
