Yes for twilight there is a bike valet left of the main entrance. They will provide a bracket with your number. I did it last week and it was a smooth process.
Yes, by the playground next to the bathrooms & parking lot.
There was a bicycle concierge that you could check your bike in for free. It was at the entrance off to the left. The service was free with tips accepted.
I don't recall seeing anything bike-specific, however there is some fencing you could easily attach a lock to, as well as some super tall poles (lights and such). Whether security will take issue to either of those options is anyone's guess.
