I don't know Wednesdays special but Thursdays is roast beef, fresh mutsarell and brown gravy - its one of my favorites - you'll have to call for tomorrow
Sausage, mozzarella and red gravy. It's my personal favorite at Fiore's. Best eaten by taking it home and putting it in the oven or a toaster oven until the mozz melts and the sausage is nice and warm.
