No... they are ONLY giving comp rooms, food and money to play IF you have a higher tier card from another casino. If you have a "beginner card" as they told me, you get nothing but a card.
Hard Rock is running a tier match promotion. Check the website for the details and to see what other casino cards qualify. Also make sure to bring current cards. They will not accept expired cards.
