It is an all you can eat or an al a cart type resturaunt. you order via a server and you MUST eat everything on your plate or you are charged for the order seperatly. its a one time price if you eat it all. but you best eat your full payments worth. so if you pay 13$ a person each person needs to eat 13$ or more worth of food to make it worth while. The portions, depending on what you get, can be large so order cautiously. If you know you wont be able to eat a 10 pc sushi roll AND more food after then order the more expensive foods. but try to eat as much as you paid at least. i almost made the 13$ mark but fell short a dollar or so and wasnt able to eat any more. so i lost a dollar on my meal technically. but my boyfriend however ate 14$ worth hence making up what i wasnt able to eat.
All you can eat but you place your order with the server by telling them, not with an order form, so you need to keep a menu at the table. No buffet tables so the food is made to order, not sitting out there on steam tables!
Full service restaurant that is all you can eat, so you'll have a waiter/waitress taking care of you the whole time. You order from the menu and everything is made per order!
