I believe children are allowed with the company of adults! It's on their website
Like others have said; children are not necessarily banned, but a baby would almost certainly be a stressor for the cats and could scare them away from the people there to play with them.
While children are allowed...I ( personally) advise and urge parents to think about the interaction between cats that need to be adopted ( some from not so great circumstances) and little kids grabbing . .. chasing them...not good for kids or cats...under the age of 5 ( even if you have cats and other pets at home who are wonderful with your child) kind of hard to control your kids actions...even well behaved kids can get a bit rough ..so..I do not recommend this type of place for under 5 yrs old..
