Why is the 11% rebate limited to select stores? Could I order tile over the phone at a location honoring the rebate and pick it up at the Altoona store...which is not participating?

Lowes does do 11% off in competition with Menards from time to time. It usually seems to be one does the rebate then the other dies it in response. This may explain why the rebate is only at some stores.

Your question is in regards to a Menards promotion. To answer the question, two blocks North Menards is honoring the 11% on the weeks when they are advertising it.
