Can I pull up to the airport just to pick someone up or do I have to park somewhere

You can pull up anywhere in front of the main concourse.

You may pull up to the front curb to pick up an arriving passenger; however, you are not allowed to park and wait at the front curb. If you arrive early you can park in the hourly parking lot for free for 20 minutes or in the cell phone lot on the south side of the terminal for free for an extended period of time.
