Time permitted id return right away w uneaten food (very important for them to see it to believe it unfortunately) id suggest calling the 800 comment number on your receipt. Or if you go back another day just make sure to be humble & tell them what happened, but keep in mind the lapse in time from the incident vs return will depend on free food or refund. Thats why id opt for the comment 800 # bc they'll usually be able to apologize make note of it and mail a coupon or at least they can pass it along to that store # as to hopefully give them awareness to fix the the issues.
Same thing happened to me. Fries cold and rock hard. Hamburger buns on my sandwich were hard also.
