I believe so (though I didn't have mine with me). They really do their best (and succeed) to make your stay feel like a home away from home for families transitioning to military life.
We've never had any problem getting pets in, but have your very records handy in case they're needed. Some locations require them, but i don't think Groton does.
Yes! It is our #1 go to when we are traveling with our dog. Just be sure you bring a kennel though, they are very strict about the pet being kenneled when you're not in your room.
It is depending on the size of your animal. You will need to provide some vet records though.
