We eat there quite often never had any problems with the food or there staff. I just don't know what to say about your experience. Except I'm sorry for your experience.
You need to talk to Bob or Mary Lee and they will straighten this out they are good people that have had that restaurant for years this sounds so out of character.
They were nice to us
My family has eaten there several times and the waiter or waitress was very polite. They even correct an order mistake with no problems. My eight year olds are always wanting to go to Lees
Wow. You should talk to the owners then. No excuse for that. We've never had a problem ourselves, but it does happen and should be addressed. Maybe it was another restaurant, not Lee's? :-)
Wrong everything
We're from Vegas and eat there every time we get to. Love they're food (roast beef, ham & bean soup are favorties), and the staff is always very friendly and fast.
Not sure what happened on your visit or what time of day but we drive 40 miles to eat here and the service attitude was outstanding fun and energetic. The food was down home country food great flavor, lots of choices and reasonable prices.
