08/22/18 I just called Sam's Sioux City, Iowa. She said there is a one day pass but you will pay an extra 10% on your total purchase. The gal I talked to said I would need to go to the membership counter with my drivers license and they would give me the one day pass card.
Also they have different programs for additional savings instantly and you can bring another person on for a reduced savings on membership I believe. If you know someone that belongs you can go in with them. The only thing is they would have to purchase your goods for you.
No 1 day pass, basic membership is 45 for the year
