Yes first take a multimeter and see how many amps you have in your battery then check your connections might want to clean them while you're checking them check them again check your ground connect it to your tender see if that makes a difference and yes if you have to call the service department have your v i n with you
Check your battery connections first I just had this problem with a 2010 FLH
Possible bad battery possible bad connection for the battery cables or starter cables possible defective starter
Make sure to have your VIN handy and call the Service Dept. The can give general guidance.
