Since it's an '09 it should be fuel injected. I would get a HD manual first (NOT a Chilton's or something else) and go through the diagnostic codes (it's pretty easy on newer bikes). Once you have that code, check online for more info/fix or Doc's.

You need to turn on power. Quickly 3 times on and off finish in on the start and kill toggle without starting bike. Then hit left directional. This should display the code ready to change first digit. Use right turn signal to move to next digit. Good luck

Yes they can, best dealership in the St. Louis area. I have a different dealership 1.5 miles from my home and I still ride 40 mins to go to Doc's.
