It is 4:15 PM. Your office closes at 5 PM and yet I am getting a message that says call only if there is an emergency. Why is that?

If it was a Friday that you were calling the office closes at 4:00 only on Fridays for the summer but remains open until 5:00 Monday- Thursday and and back to 5:00 after Labor day.
