Does all rooms have ocean view? Or ocean front?

Not all are ocean front, but most have an ocean view. We were in a room on the north side. Our balcony was angled so we had an ocean view

No. Rooms billed as Ocean Front directly face the ocean (east). Ocean View rooms are on the north and south sides of the building. There are buildings to the north and south of Oceans 22; you'll need to be on the ninth floor or higher on the north side and fifteenth or higher on the south side to have an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Some rooms you can see the ocean. It is across the street and the beach is a block long. I'd call ahead before booking to check their policy.

I would say only about half of the rooms. Also depends on how many bedrooms. Our room was on a corner. 24th floor. Beautiful view.
