Does every room have a balcony?

Yes, but some are facing the next building

We were supposed to have an ocean view room. The only way to see the ocean was to go out on the balcony and look east between the buildings.

Our room on the 6th floor is facing an abandoned hotel complete with curtains falling down and it looks like squatters left junk in the rooms. Never had a view like this before. No rooms to switch to and offered 1000 hh points for our trouble!
