You have to call 211 in order to be connected & they'll be able to assist you. You can't just walk in or show up, it's sad but it's a process. I recommend calling 211 ASAP & If that doesn't work head to the nearest food stamp office and tell them your situation or 911 (non emergency number). Good luck
Yes they have availability as far as I know from what I heard they have a few people that have recently left
