Usually there's a second bus behind the first one but you always have the right so just call customer service and try to get ur money back and get a free ride for the inconvenience
When they are already packed on one bus they use to have a second bus to load going the same way I notice that in St Louis when I rode it

Oh kay sure. 12 hour overlay and 1st in line still turned away. You my friend are truley mistaken. And this "priority" thing i have to pay extra for 100% of people will not opt for this. If you pay for a ticket it should guaratee a seat other wise youre buying a scratcher that more than likely a loser.... My only mistake was taking the bus thinking if i paid then i was secure... If you have a deadline DO NOT TAKE THE BUS...EVER...
You are mistaken. If it's a busy travel season, always spend the extra money and buy priority. You board the bus right after the reboarders.
