Can any truck driver from any company park here I happen to live in the local area and want a space where if I need to park it for the holidays or military duty I know my truck is safe

They do allow anyone to park, but you have to pay something like $25/day

No its only a drop yard and has only a 30 minute limit in there . Pilot directly across the street. You will be safe there.
