Everytime that I go there, I never have a problem with it being too busy. It is smaller than some other locations. But, that doesn't bother me. There are plenty of games to play & not a long wait.
My daughter and I try to go this Chuck E. Cheese around once a month. As long as you either go first thing in the morning or during late afternoon, you should be able to miss the crowds.
