According to their Facebook page, Broadway location is closed Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Other locations are open Christmas Eve from 10:30 a to 2 p but .closed Christmas day. https://m.facebook.com/jacksbarbque/
You can park at Nissan stadium and take the pedestrian bridge across the river and it's about 2 blocks.
We had never eaten there before and had good food...so sorry
