why is parking now handicapped only at dog park ? it was on north parking non-handicapped and south parking was handicapped .

It's only a few hundred yards from the big parking lot. If you have healthy legs it might not seem far but it can be a big distance to travel in a wheelchair or crutches. Because the parking lot by the dog park is small the priority should be maintained for those with the most difficulty in locomotion.

Yes the small parking lot is handicapped only it was 4 handicapped and 4 non handicapped 9/4/19 the walk is 1/2 mile total with respiratory problems or arthritis this is good as 10 miles with out a bench halfway

It was always handicap only, but it wasn't clearly marked. It was posted on a sign at the beginning of the drive, which not everyone read.

So wait..are you guys saying that its HANDICAPPED ONLY parking? All of it?
