Are they allowing people to come in and eat yet? It says on their webpage that they're open until 2am. It's that correct?

I had an adult beverage outside.... AT MY OWN RISK.... it was a small slice of normalcy.

We were able to order food and drinks, but had to take them outside where they have tables on the sidewalk. I'm almost certain their hours are still shortened, until 10pm maybe?
