I actually talked to an associate from the store. You are allowed to park over night. They just ask that you park on the outside of the parking lot if you are in a bigger trailer/rv. They are more than happy to have your business!
I've seen tractor trailers and RVs parked on the outskirts of the parking lot of both of them over the last couple years
The parking lot on N. Dirksen is a lot smaller than the one on S. 6th street, where I see tractor/trailer parking all the time.
