Can I demo a kayak before buying?

They do have a calendar on there website that shows upcoming events.

Jim- We have multiple options for you to demo a kayak before buying. First, take a look at our programs page here: https://alpineshop.regfox.com/alpineshopprograms . The paddle section includes both our demo nights and our You Can Paddle Day. You Can Paddle Day is Saturday, May 11 at Creve Coeur Lake and is first and largest demo day of the year. However, if those don't work for you, we do work with customers who have narrowed their choices down to a couple of boats and will bring those boats down to Simpson Lake for you to try out on the water. There is a small fee for this, but it is credited to any purchase you make. Hope that helps. - Todd Oswald

Thanks to all for the responses. Todd, I will be dropping by to.chat about options with you and staff soon. I'm a newbie to the kayak world but I have narrowed it down to a few choices so far . . . Coosa HD, Big Rig, Wilderness Systems ATAK but would like to talk to experienced people on these or others. I will mainly use it for river fishing on like the Current river, Big river, Black river, 11 points etc. With some overnight trips thrown in. Any advice will be appreciated!
