Do you take care of Newborn rabbits? I found a destroyed nest in my backyard and three newborn baby rabbits. My mom called a rabbit sanctuary, but they haven't called back in 2 hours

You should call first. They do take baby rabbits but they are hard to keep alive if very little. They might recommend a way to reunite them with their mom.

Call again. I had a similar situation and did not receive a call back over night. The next day they did answer and took the bunny.

You should rebuild the nest and leave the baby rabbits alone if they are not injured. You should make an indication marker on the nest and watch it to be sure the mother returns. You can wad up some newspaper and place it on the babies and if the paper if moved the next morning you know the mother returned. Only intervene again if the mother does not return and the babies still rely in the momma for milk. The Wildlife Rescue Centers website will answer all questions you have and the information is helpful.
