The bathroom is disgusting the toilet paper holders are so broken I got hit in the stomach when I tried to get TP (Im 8 months pregnant btw)and I now have a black and blue mark on my stomach from it told the manager but nothing was done about it.

Contact the corporate headquarters and tell him what happened to you. That's what I have done on a few occasions when I don't get results from the on-site manager or supervisor. Tell them you are going to report them to OSHA
