I don't think so because the sign going to the beach says no pets allowed

You can't actually bring the dogs to the beach. There are however many paths that are by the campsites that lead you to the lake. Some have sand, some have rocks though. Just had my two dogs down there a few weeks ago. They swam for hours.

No, only service dogs are allowed.
