Due to the hot water from the plant catfish bite in the winter! I've seen people fish there year round.
It good channel cat fish there but you wood have to get in the warm water I am not before about this but I think that lake is closed right now for duck hunting but yes warm water for catfish wood be good right now use stink bait or worms
