is there a reason that nobody answer the phone at this post office, and nobody seems to care they they lose packages and pretend to deliver them????

I know how you feel the postal office don't care we have some of them lieing about the place two of my friends live there and all package is too go too the office when nobody home and some of the package are not there at the apartment and we check with the office there and nobody put any package in the yes they have to sign for the package at Westgate and the mailman are carrier lie and said they don't take package and Westgate do take package the office never have stopped something needs to be done I hope to God I never go on strike because my vote would be let him go and get some new people in there they're going to do their job right

They also pretended to deliver mine! Twice!
