I'm really not sure of the price range was out any insurance but I'm quite sure you can call them and they will be glad to assist you with that answer.
It also will depend on your RX....and type of lenses you choose....it's quite a variation. I will say the doctors and staff are excellent....in their service and desire to ensure the patient leaves with the best result possible .
