All staff were polite and helpful. Dr. Scott McIntosh was informative and has a great bedside manner. I've looked for an eye doctor for some time and I've been so happy with the service I receive at Carolina Vision Care. I'll definitely recommend to friends!

No one provides Customer service anymore. Everyone blames - short staffed due to Covid. Not this place! From the time I scheduled my appointment they were top notch. I was greeted when I walked in. They said m’am and please. Asked if I’d mind signing a form and thanked me 3 times for bringing in my forms already completed. Ms. Angie called me back. Introduced herself. Was so personable. The doctor actually thanked me for my business. Numerous times. Who does that anymore! This place is old school with how they treat people. They seem to truly care about their customers. Next I ordered my lenses. She was great. And then checking out, she even carried on a conversation and was personable. They will definitely keep my business if they continue this service. I will definitely be loyal and pass the word. I facilitate class at a financial institution and include customer service. I will be spreading the word of their top notch service every chance I get!

Yes they accept Medicaid and I don't know how much an eye exam cost.
Dr McIntosh is is an optometrist, so no major surgery is done at this practice. Depending on your condition, you may need an opthalmologist.
