If I specifically ask not to run my credit to various lenders and you do it anyway. What happens afterwards? What if I was denied business credit due to having too many inquiries. Can I sue you for it? I think I'm gonna ask my lawyer .

I believe you can contact credit bureaus through sites like Credit Karma (etc) and dispute the inquiry. That would be less expensive than a lawyer and the first place I'd start.
