Not happy in the least bit with this dealer. Wouldn’t look at in a serious manner my car until I called multiple times. Had an earlier diagnostic test which was expensive and come to no results. I wouldn’t recommend Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield in any way.

Bought our new Ford SUV at Lou Fusz in December 2020. It has had non-stop issues with the driver's seat and exhaust. One of the Ford techs cobbled together the panel that houses the seat controls so that one day it completely fell off. The mechanic left a bracket loose and had to point it out under the lift to the service manager. They act like they have automotive knowledge but are oblivious. Now they want $300 out of pocket to replace even though the warranty still covers it. The exhaust has made rattling sounds since it's had 5000 miles and it has fallen completely off. They had a service porter pick up our vehicle once and I was able to track them the muppet ran it hard and burned up a quarter tank of fuel in under 50 miles travelled. We have small school aged children and I am a disabled combat veteran that has several appointments to attend during the week. We have been waiting for a service loaner for over a month to get further repairs completed. How is there a shortage when Lou Fuss owns over a dozen dealerships? This has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, the service manager has yet to return calls. We have owned Honda, GMC, Ram, VWs, Dodge and had the best luck with Ram dealerships. Either way, we will never purchase from any Lou Fusz dealership due to crummy customer service and will be sure to spread the word among the communities we are involved with. Attention automated message: Management is obviously part of the problem.

Excellent and timely service appointment. Repairs done right the first time. Really can't ask for more.

Good service, if you can get it. I’ve used you in the past. Pretty ridiculous that it takes over a month to get an appointment to do brakes. Hire more techs. You’re losing business daily with that kind of wait time for an appointment for something so run of the mill.

I believe you can contact credit bureaus through sites like Credit Karma (etc) and dispute the inquiry. That would be less expensive than a lawyer and the first place I'd start.
Do you except walk in for oil changed
It would be best to call them or go to their website. They list all of their cars on the website.
