If you go to McDonald's website and leave a comment about store or call store and speak with manager, they will replace meal.

I used MAcDonald card then we didn't have enough on the card, so I paid for rest with money she charged me rwice.i told her just take 4.00 off the card but she took the whole 5.00 then took 3.00 card from me. So know I am mad.
Definitely complain next time it might be inconvenient but will get you fresh food, then call corporate and complain and you will get some awesome coupons for free
The burgers and mcchicken sandwiches i got were good yes if you ask for the msnager they will fix it
You should have taken it back in and complained. Corporate number posted in each location.
