What's the best paint to use on concrete sidewalks...in assorted colors. What's a good sealant? This is a children's project at a childcare facility. Products need to be non-toxic.

I agree with RoxiAnne - you would be better off getting a paint from Home Depot or Lowe's for that type of project.
