I'm very disappointed on how this place takes care of their plants I bought two trees $200+ from them one in a pot one in the ground the one in the pots is fine but the one in the ground when I went to buy it the worker that was there just walked over and grabbed it by the trunk and pulled it straight out of the ground. I just thought myself well maybe he knows it was loose packed or just put it in but after I got home I noticed most of the small hair roots were missing. And it was just stuck in the bucket with some loose mulch on top no extra dirt whatsoever. Fast forward 3 months all seven of my trees that I planted within a couple weeks of each other are fine (all but two bought at Lowe's and home Depot) except for that one tree that worker pulled out I did everything I could to save it but it didn't make it. Now I'll have to wait til next spring to replace it.

I understand smaller places are having more of a rough time. However, although he was friendly, I don't think the person we talked to cared if we were there or not.
