Does it have a gym

There is a workout room; however you must be 18 or older. The door to the room is to the right of the door to the clubhouse lobby. There is also a laundry room on the other half of the front part of the building for residents to do laundry; however they are coin operated. A Coca-Cola vending machine is right next to the door to the laundry room.

Dont move here. My wife and I have been here 3 weeks. Too many catches and rules to make you uncomfortable. Dont park backwards. No back patios/doors. They said we can have a grill 15 feet from the building. I had that and they threaten to cut the cable I had it covered and secured to a tree. The maintenance man goes hard like a resident cop and have you towed. The MAINTENANCE man! Dont consider Rollingwood, I'm telling you.
