Is La Tolteca in Wilkes-Barre area related to the chain Plaza Asteca? The menu is very similar if not the same from the Pittsburgh area.

Actually, after talking to our server, it is the same company, just under a different name! Same logo, same menu and same prices. We compared the two menus... Plaza Asteca online to La Tolteca in the restaurant.
