What's very sad is I see a lot of customers walk away very unhappy. What a very poorly way to lose your paying customers. Also where is the manager and how do I feel about seeing customers walk away

I went in there a week ago n waited like 45 min..it was worth the wait and the service and food was great! A few months ago tho I went there end of January and the staff all looked peeved. I went to the bathroom and realized why....75% of the customers in there were stereotypical bad tippers if u been at a tip job ever you know what group I'm talking about Willis! It was late night like hr before close

I never see people walking away unhappy, unless they unhappy that they had to wait, if you need a manager ask they're walking around taking care of business I see them doing their job, no I don't work for them I'm just a regular.

I had great service and the food was great

Usually if u have a bad experience it's a poor waitress...sometimes I've experienced that but the food never disappoints
