Strawberry has days you can come in get to your license set up an appointment do the paper work they'll print up your license on after you take a picture and pay but I think they don't print out the card like you think You might have to pay extra. The paper works good to get 215 the card is just for if you get pulled over you show your legal the papers works the same way. Copy your paper and keep it in your wallet. Hope it works out for you

Strawberry Alarm Clock has a couple of times a year that they give you cards for $40 or a little more. As far as where you take to get your card I'm not sure.
