See if you qualify for a Care Credit card. You can have payments deferred for up to 18 months. Payments are pretty low but try to pay it off before the 18 months.

Not a very realistic answer. Wile true the time it will take to work its way through the court system will be months and if you mean and abscess (and not access) your pup has an infection that needs to be dealt with now not after the legal system has 'drug it heels with multiple delays. Plus there is the fact that even if you do win in court collecting the money form the other person is another issue unto itself. Winning will not get the money into your hand in a quick and timely fashion, only after the fact. Lo siento por su problema.
