1211 Parsons has a UHaul facility that usually offers that deal. Very clean and well lit inside.
If it's not too far, go to Cubesmart on Chestnut St downtown. It's very close to the east side. Any Cubesmart actually. They frequently have 1st month free on many different size storage units, very good rates and have always treated me fairly. The people are very nice as well. I have used them 3 different times over the years, even when I shop other prices I always end up back at Cubesmart. Tell them I sent you if you decide to go there:) Good luck!
